I'm going to see how the car reacts to the NGKs first as they are cheaper to test with
If the car runs better and smoother with the BRK7E when either I just keep swapping them out every 5000 miles and run fresh plugs or I put in a set of those F5DPOR platinums.
Which route I plan to take I don't know yet.

IMHO, replace all CPs with the "R" revision; alternatively, there's always the B5 CP... (edit)
that they sell on ECS Tuning. What I've noticed is that when I used the "L" version with coppers, they go bye bye. However, ever since the dealer popped in the OEM plat plugs, I haven't had CP issues... and that was about 30K ago.
As far as CP issues, BTDT and its been a PITA.
Might want to give the plat plugs a try and see if your CP issues still persist.
