uber means "over" in German. but people seem to use it as pigeon German to mean "super"

thanks. it always seemed to be in place of and adj like super
but i tried translator and diddnt get anything close. oh well thanks for the clarification.

it should have an umlaut (two dots) over the u, don't know if that would effect the translator

It means "Im better than you".
That's how its interpreted. Over in the sense of 'over you' in power, status, whatever.
