I'm thankful for my front license plate...
The other day this big *** Lexus GS400 decided to parallel park in front of my parked car. As he backed up he hit my car hard. I saw it get hit which triggered the alarm and the lights to go off. As I rushed to inspect the damage on my front end I couldn't find a scratch anywhere -other than a little tick on my license plate! It took the brunt of the impact nicely!
