Default installed the HLT H11 superwhite fog light bulbs. not too happy with the results, can't really see

the difference

I know this pic is terrible, but my friend was with me and we had our cars next to each other, he has stock bulbs and I have the HLTs. stock is on the left, HLT on the right

There really is not much difference (in person) between the two cars.

I am very dissappointed, maybe the first batch was more white than these..

I can see a difference by looking at the pavement.

Default really? I don't see any difference, but maybe it is in my head....

my friend really could not see the difference either....... they do look a bit more white than the stock, but it is very subtle... extremely subtle....

too bad the price of these bulbs are not subtle.
for $55 bucks there should be more a difference.

Default Raistlin . . . I received mine last night, and have half a mind to return them (more)

They are barely any more white than stock, and dont come near the color of the xenon lights.

I would say there is quite a bit of yellow to mine too. And again mine said 'Gen 2'

*sigh*

Default Give it a few weeks, they burn in and get bluer vs. whiter. The blue look (to the eye) will then

match the HID's. That pic is terrible though!

Default That's possible. (m)

The general consensus seems to be that there was a pretty big difference right at first.
I know mine were pretty drastic. (1st gen.)

Default Yes but some were burned in at the factory (the first batch). Which then

caused some issues. The 2nd batch were not burned in and this will take a bit of use.
