Default Sounds like the turbo is defective. ....

Was the original turbo replaced because it was dumping oil from the turbine shaft seal? If thats the case, then yes, there could be a lot of oil residue remaining in the exhaust system. Does the boost pressure develope properly?

Default It is making penty of boost the car goes good but...

Like you asked the old tubo was replaced because the car was run with no oil pressure the guy who owned it didnt change his oil in 10k miles and it got sludge and he drove it till you couldnt drive the car anymore. Now the new Turbo is very very loud doesnt feel like its faulty but it is loud for a k03 very noticeable sound. And it smokes bad out the exhaust like you have a headgasket leak so I have no idea how long oil residue takes to burn off but its 2 days now.

Default From what you described, the engine was a sludge case, right?....

Was the engine sludge removed, or otherwise fixed?
When turbochargers fail due to lubrication problems, especially in an engine sludge case, the oil feed line to the turbo should be replaced along with the turbo. This is done so that it is assured that the new turbo receives proper lube oil flow.
The old original oil feed line, may be partially sludge blocked, if it is, then the new turbo is likely damaged, thus the noisy operation. I hope I am wrong on this, but it needs to be checked out, to be sure you are not running a damaged turbo. If the new turbo is damaged, it could fail completely, possibly in a manner that will cause lots of other engine damage.
I general rule about machinery: If it is making unusual noises, it is under unusual stress. It is telling you something is wrong. Find out what the reason for the noisy turbo operation is asap.

Default No, I want one also, 4 cyl. four stroke, 150hp, accel rate will flatten the eyeballs.

more than $11K last I checked. Besides performance that redefines fast,
this sled sounds cool above all others, and will quicken the pulse just from the sound alone. hubba hubba :&gt<ul><li><a href="http://www.yamaha-motor.com/assets/products/sno/media/video/2007/07apexmtnse.asx">Clicky</a></li></ul>

Default Nice

John Stahmann in Utah has two high performance ones that have been tweaked...he has invited me to go there and have fun with them...trying to find a time when I can make that happen.
