Installing sub ...need switched 12V in trunk?

Bose system...is there a 12v swithed power source near by in the trunk or on the stock rear amp wire harness?
if there is one on the wire harness which color is it?

If you don't want to do that, the factors in making an educated guess to fine the 12v and ground wires is that they'll be the thickest two wires in the bunch. In my case, I've found the Brown is always the negative (for power and speakers) in the stereo system.

Thanks, they look to be different....I was going to use a power meter but i cant see my meter from the drivers seat....
Maybee the remote on is the same color, I will start with that one.
