Somebody installed the 3.0 duct two weeks ago and reported their car ran like cramp.

Default Appreciate the effort AggregatVier...I'm using a small "test" piece of the peel and stick on the

underside before I cover most of the duct. Props again for coming across this mod.

Default Thanks for pointing that out, but you see, he never mentions what air temp the airbox sucks

during idlewhen the probe was in the airbox for day 2! Unless you think that plastic is such an amazing heat repelent*sp that it isnt affected by engine temps?

That is retarded. Tell them to plug the MAF they accidentally disconnected back in.

The air being sucked from outside the engine compartment has a cooling effect. Far less severe.

Default I did price out a Fluke differential temp meter for ~$220 and better accuracy but...

... <$30 in parts for +/- 1 degree F seems like a deal to me plus I can expand it to five sensors.
