I've used OEM plats, NGK coppers, and NGK iridiums and can't say I've noticed a huge diff

biggest difference in price! coppers are under $10, iridiums are about $30 and the OEM's are $60ish.

The Iridium plugs may provide more service hours, with a little better gas mileage...

over the long term, compared to OE plugs, but only after exceeding the mileage that the OE plugs exhibit electrode erosion and spark gap width increasing past optimum spec.
I ran a set of Denso IK-22, and they provided good ignition consistency, require less ignition voltage from the coilpacks, but don't last more than ~30K miles. Avoid cheap copper plugs, unless you plan on changing them for new at every oil change.
