Default I've bought a set of Hawk HPS pads (f+r)...

Should I think about replacing the rotors as well or I'll be okay for 15k-20k?

My oem fronts have about 5k and rears has 30k.

Default Check the contact area of the new pad vs the old pad.

I installed PBR Ceramics, and they touched more of the rotor surface than the stock fronts pads did. My stock pads left a little ring of rust on teh disc face on either side of the pad. As a result, that (approx.) 1/8" band of rust that goes around the inner diameter of the disc face caused vibrations and squealing when teh new pads touched it.

Local shop didn't reccommend turning the disc face as the rust also had little pits.

So, I just bought new rotors, and things are smooth and quiet now.

Default I replaced my rear rotors at 48,000 miles, they were out of spec

I'd replace the rears now. They get a lot of use with ESP, so you may as well have new pads and rotors back there from the start. You'll like the HPSs
