J.D. Power Sucks!
The ratings a 2002 A4 gets according to J.D. Power:
Feature & Accessory Quality 2/5
Creature Comforts 3/5
Style 3/5
Who are these clowns anyway? I haven't had a single person utter a smallest complaint about the looks or the interior of my car! Both the interior and exterior are awesome. They gave the Ford Crown Victoria 4/5 on style and 5/5 on creature conforts! Yeah, JDP doesn't need to confirm what I/we already languish. The CrownVic stats...
really boggle my mind ;\
That just reaffirms that JDP doesn't have a clue and are probably just a bunch of traditional "oldsmobile-lovin" foagies.

JD Power is based upon responses from vehicle owners, not outsiders
If you don't agree with the A4 numbers, it is fellow A4 drivers who are to blame.
L:ikewise, Crown Vic owners appear to be happy with their cars. What it tells you is that owners are getting what they like/expect from Ford for the Crown Vic, but maybe not so for A4 owners (based on the criteria you mention).

yup, that's why JD power's awards are pretty highly coveted- cuz they're based on OWNER's responses
so apparetnly there a lot of A4 owners out there that are not happy with those aspects of the car. How that can be, i'm pretty dumbfounded.
