They are now done. It was easier than I thought. I was pissed b/c the kit did not come with any instructions whatsoever, and there were different size bolts to use and no guide as to where they were supposed to go!
You will have to remove the knee bolster to get a good angle on the pedals, unless you have a small drill. I posted how to remove this in my subwoofer installation. The gas pedal can be depressed while drilling to allow clearance for the drill.
The hardest part was making sure the pedals were lined up (and kneeling on concrete). I put double sided tape on the back of the new pedals and lined them up. I took the headrest off of the drivers seat and moved the seat all the way back. I then looked at them from the back seat so that I could make sure they were level. The gas and clutch were super easy to drill as they were plastic. The brake is steel, so you have to be patient. Make sure you have a spare drill bit, as it is awkward to get in there with the drill. I broke a bit b/c I got off angle. Also, make sure the holes in the pedals are not lined up with the spines on the pedals...and that there will be clearance for the nuts. I made sure of this and had no problems. Overall, it took me about an hour.
The JE Design kit came with 3 sizes of bolts (8 bolts + lock nuts and washers). I used 3 short bolts for the clutch. I used 2 short bols for the bottom of the brake and a medium for the top. I used a medium for the bottom of the gas pedal and the long bolt for the top of the gas pedal.
The JE pedals completely covered the stock pedals. I am pleased with the outcome

a digi-cam is next on the priority list as the dead pedal cost more than the pedals themselves!
