I'm thinking about doing the same. I think my Bose sounds pretty good. It lacks the bass that I

want, but other that that, I don't think its too bad for a stock system.

If I remember correctly that amp has fans on the side, so I'd mount it under the rear deck..

Mine is mounted to the rear seat because I really dont need the space or care..
