Just drove a GIAC chipped 2002 A4 1.8TQ
I know there seems to be some controversy as to whether or not the 2002's can make hp with the alleged fuel problem but this chip is a definite improvement over stock. It was smooth, had gobs of torque downlow and pulled pretty good on top. If there was a fuel issue it sure didn't feel like it. Anyhow, just thought I'd share...
