just got my car back from santa monica audi and they denied the peeling radio buttons for warranty r
epair....i don't see why they wouldn't warrant a workmanship issue most other automakers stand behind their workmanship and fix any problems without having to ask twice....i don't think my next car is going to be an audi again....going to diversify and pick up something else.

I've only been able to get the ESP button replaced. This is the only one they recognize as a defect, but I think it depends on the level of customer service at your dealer.

my opinion of santa monica audi is down the drain now....need to find a new dealer for my warranty w
ork....and from now on i'm taking my car to indy's for service and maintenance work.
