Default Just got the REVO trial over lunch

It took about 10-15 mins.

The guy started the engine after the download and i swear it sounded a little deeper than before - but it could just be my imagination!!!

First impression was that i could actually hear the turbo spool up - never really heard it before the chip (maybe i'm just getting older). The engine seems to rev a lot easier now. It's weird though, i was expecting to feel more power - but to be fair i haven't really tested it out. I just drove for about half an hour.

I have heard that the revo trial is a little more conservative than the actual software that gets loaded when you buy. Has anyone noticed this? Anyway I think i'm gonna buy it next week - i suspect i'll really notice the differenec when i go back to stock:-(

Default You won't be disappointed. Just got Revo'ed yesterday by David @Ecode

Drove around yesterday and I definitely think it was money well spent. Problem is, now I think I'll have to spend more money for the exhaust, intake, FMIC, etc. etc.

Give your ECU a little time to adapt...your car will feel stronger in a day or 2...REVO rocks!

I was under the impression that Revo did not need time to adapt.

It's not Revo that needs to adapt. The ECU has to adapt to new timing/boost maps.

That turbo sound rocks...always good to do a throttle body adjustment once chipped too!

Default unplug your battery (engine must be off of course)....plug it back in.... then turn key to ON w/o...

the engine on...wait 5 minutes (while your waiting, youll acutally hear the car doing the TBA) then turn on the car and ur set to go.

I have a different ECU flash, do I still need to do a TBA after putting on 4k miles already?
