Default I read posts about Honda and the G35 but the one thing they are not is an Audi!! pure & simple

I do not care if it is a Nissan (Infiniti), Honda (Acura), Toyota (Lexus), it will never be an Audi. It will never have tradition or respect in my book. Enough said.

Thanks for the update on Honda.

Default Look at the acura engines and Honda Odyssey..

they have decent torque. It is a V6 not a strung out 4 cylinder.

Honda rumor - Expect a special coupe with 240hp/6-spd. Think M3 Honda to replace the Prelude. :-)

Default I own one (Honda Odyssey)...

Familiar with it. High revver - you also need to see where the power is delivered.

btw, I got the oddyssey (2000)that had full torque at 2100, not the current 4500....

Default Here is what I read.....

the V6 engine is a carry over from the current generation. 200hp and I think 200 lbs of torque. There are no current plans for the 2003 model to have 240hp. The 4cyl engine may be a little more beefed up. Besides you can't get the 6cyl Accord with a 5spd tranny. Maybe the 03's will since Honda does not have the Prelude anymore. I believe Honda did not produce a manual tranny for the Accord because they knew that it would take all the sales (not that they had much) away from the Prelude (R.I.P.)
