Just threw in the Motul 8100 0-40W Ester yesterday.....
Dealer said that they wanted to put "their" synthetic in ...it was like a 5-30W...I think the Castrol stuff...anyway I told them to just use the Motul, thanks though. I also asked them to do the windows up/down w/ remote and they is was not possible as well as the fogs w/o headlights, they said that was not possible either...they said we could make the doors lock automatically for you when you take off though...oh well, guess I need to find someone in my area w/ a VAG tool...

and then talk to the general manager of the place and tell them you want a free
service or you'll go somewhere else. tell them you're sick of teaching his subordinates how to do their jobs.
