Default Ah. Must be nice to learn on a 911 :-)

I too pay more attention to the road now than I did with an auto.

Default Yeah, it was probably due to age and inexperience. I had an accident as well when I was 17.

I was driving my parents' 93 Intrepid and took a turn at higher than normal speed. Due to the fact that it had worn out all seasons + rain + uneven pavement + lack of experience I've spun out and hit a parked Camaro. Good thing it was really late at night and there were no other cars. Cost my parents $3K to fix everything :-(

Default Yeah .... well I'm better for it now.

I learned a lot from my accident and aside from a fender bender with a person in front of me who did not have tail lights I am always careful.

Default yeah i learned on a '92 Nissan Sentra

I bought the car and had no idea how to drive stick; school was starting in 2 days, so I was under the gun!

You'll probably laugh at me for this, but I didn't have any friends who knew how to drive stick, so I downloaded instructions off the internet and had them in the passenger seat as I was driving

LOL good times...
