Default kevlar brake pads

ordered 4 OEM discs and kevlar pads from http://www.germanautoparts.com/ with rear caliper tool and anti squeal grease plus shipping for $380. Cant wait to take my 60k brakes apart.

So what are kevlar brake pads? The guy said they are better than OEM, better than mintek dustless, they heat up fast, cool fast, grab better, less dust. First I heard of them. Might go ahead and look on the internet.

Default Your brakes lasted 60K miles???? Wow, that's unusually long life. It will be like night and day

for your braking performance!

Default for front or rear? I changed my rear brakes at 80k miles - still oem on front

but then I don't track the car

Default wow, 60k, nice! I have 50k on my front pads, and rear rotors. Rear pad changed at

27k and front rotor changed due to warping at 39k.

Front pads still measure more than half thickness, around 9mm. New are 14mm.

Default Replace rear pads at 65K miles, front pads still 50% there.

You guys must hold down the brake and gas pedals at the same time. :-)
