My $.02: It's not so much what you have, it's how much you appreciate it.
The problem is that when you get what you want all the time, it's easy to start feeling entitled--that's being spoiled.

Eh...i've known worse....
like say a kid who bragged about how be broke his palm pilot (this is back when they were just ocming out) just because daddy would buy him a new one. Or how it didn't matter that his new lexus SUV got ****ed up because he had a new Benz on the way. Granted, i was by no means a deprived child, but i define spoiled less as having nice **** but more as not knowing how to be tactful and responsible about it (not to mention cognisant of the fact that its not free)
