i was passing another annoying car with 93 mph in a 70 zone and didnt slow down afterwise...

I've heard that both WA and BC are linked when it comes to traffic fines.
But I think if you don't pay it, you may not be allowed back into the states or else next time you run into a cop in WA, you're going to end up having a tough time.

Not exactly sure, but I believe when you cross the border now, the customs...
run your plates to ID. you instantly. What will come up is practically everything (past violations, felonys, etc...)! Customs may detain you and give you a whole bunch of crap just because your a "Ticket-Jumper". This ticket may cost you more in the long run if you don't pay.
I also believe the points will not carry over to Canada, so it's really just the cash. Just pay it.

i would pay. same thing happened to me in new york state.
i'm from canada. and i had a speeding ticket in new york 7 years ago, and never paid. to this day, every time, i drive thru new york, i **** bricks if i'm ever pulled over. i don't know if i'm still on record after such a long time though.
