Are Koni and Stasis coilovers the same thing? Are they any good?

Sort of.
Stasis starts with the KONI coilovers.
For the rear they add in a spacer to allow the rear height range to be slightly more suitable for Avants. They also include small plastic spacers for the front perch to make adjusting the height a little easier. Then they throw some stickers and their instructions in.
From a component standpoint they are identical springs and shocks. Both kits are very good for a casual street application.
