Default Launching a 3.0 Quattro??

At the track does anyone have recommendations for launching this car? I have tried a few different things but resulted in a bog...any thoughts? Thanks

Can't drop the clutch on an AWD car, keep revs low and get your timing down.

Or you could keep revs high and slip the hell out of the clutch...but that'd be nasty.

Default Whats rev range are you talking about?

And what should be my clutch motion? All at once or gradual?

Default go try it and tell us how good your car smells.

I bet you'll say "Oh, that kind of nasty!" ;o)

Default Ok, i'd rather not have to replace my clutch anytime soon...

so as a new owner of these awesome cars what have you found to be the best and healthiest, or least damaging, way to get off the line?

Default well I have a 1.8T so it's a little different but I would just practice your timing.

don't dump the clutch, but ease it in the mid RPM's to get a little more pull then normal. Still not recomending you do this often either.
