Default Leaking Rear Corner Window...Help

My A4 was in an accident in March and they had to replace the rear quarter panel. They had to remove the rear side traingle window to install the quarter panel. While washing the car today I noticed that the window was leaking and the molding on the inside around the window was wet. I leave for vacation tomorrow and don't have time to go to an Audi dealer - do guys think it would be a good idea to get some clear silcone and shoot it into the small gap between the car and the chrome molding?

Thanks for your help.

Default Taking the car ? Yes - but sparingly. Not taking car ? No.

Then tape with waterproof tape.

Yes, I have to take the car? Should I use waterproof tape instead of the silicone?

I would do that. Easier to remove residue.
