Thankfully, the animal from which MB-Tex came is now extinct...
Leather, pleather, leatherette, vinyl, koskin....all different words for cheap man-made plastics.
Leather breathes well, and is therefore suitable for hot and cold climates. Can be a little cool on very cold days, but that's what seat heating is for!
