Default perhaps look into getting perferations punched into your seat inserts

will help ventilate the contact areas. They may have to put a backing behind the holes - not sure what material is behind the leather.

Default Aftermarket seat ventilator

Hi, I looked into this a while ago. I found a couple of aftermarket seat ventilation systems you could install. Assuming you have perforated leatherette, the take off your seat cover and replace the Audi seat heater with a combined seat heater/ventilator - ie it heats up on the heat setting - they put a switch on the seat and pumps air through the seat on the cool setting.

Good luck.
