Left Dipped Headlight and Coolant Temp

I would appreciate it a lot if you would please help me with the following two questions:
1. Today the message "Left Dipped Headlight" pops up and the left headlight stops working at the same time. I was turning on the headlight when the headlight failed after a flash.
2. The coolant temp doesn't move to "90" most of the time. By "most of the time" I mean sometimes it mysteriously moves up and down at its free will... But mostly in hot weather.
Thank you very much!!!!!

1) Xenons I assume. Replace the bulb. Not sure if the fault will go away by itself or if it will have to be cleared.
2) I would start by replacing the green temp sensor. Cheap and easy.

Me being an "OEM sort", I would simply get an OEM replacement. Here is a link and I would recommned you give them a call and confirm you are getting the right bulb.

Yes! Fixed the left dipped headlight problem today! Not the most complicated job but I consider it a personal accomplishment.
Thanks to the "Removing the headlamps FRONT AND REAR" pdf file on this billboard, I managed to locate the four screws. I spent sometime in obtaining the right tools for the screws. They are TORX!(T27) I wish someone could have told me this but I guess you can figure it out from the pdf file.
A little remification: in my car there is a plastic band attaches the headlamp to some wires. You need to cut it off and later replace it with a new one. Otherwise the lamp won't come off.
Not a hard job but since I am a "freshman", it took me a while to figure everything out. Good luck to anybody having this problem.
Oh. During my research I realize someone changed the buld and the problem didn't go away. The simplest way to determine whether it is the problem of the bulb or else is to check whether the filament is melted or not. That should be quite intuitive in telling you it is the problem of the bulb.
