Default Lemon Law New York
Has anyone had any experience with Audi using the Lemon Law in NYS?? My 2002 3.0 has been in the dealer 4 times and the "s" mode on the trans still has major shifting problems. It doesn't upshift all the time causing redline unless I manually put the car into "D".

Any input will be greatly appreciated...

Default im not positive but i think its if u take it in 3 times for the same thing and its not fixed
then its the lemon law
