I just recently bought a 2003 A4 and I'm having issues with my fan. It kicks on and continues to run until the battery dies. The first time, they replaced the fan control module, but the problem continued. They then asked me to pull out my RF modulated XM radio. I did so and returned the car immediately. While I had the car, I was having to jump it after being out for only an hour. So the dealership monitored it for a few days and said the car was acting properly, and then gave it back to me. One week later the problem started again. The dealership is working on the car for the second time now. In VA, the lemon law is in effect after the dealer has tried to fix the problem three times without success. I was just wondering if there is anyone here who has had experience with Lemon Laws.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

They will give all the info you should need
I had a 1999 Dodge QuadCab That spent 43 days in the shop in the first year of ownership(wisconsin law is 30 days) No questions asked took it back. Paid for every thing. Good luck

Audi just bought TT back after several times of complaint. For the A4, it was turned out to be a Lemon so the state made Audi buy it back.
Terms of the Lemon laws are different by states, I believe.

I should be getting the car back tomorrow. They have a volt meter hooked up to it again to see if it is spiking or dipping too much. I'll get it back and they still won't know what to do. I'm going to talk to the GM while I'm there.
