Locked Keys in Trunk....
#16
No, really. Any Audi key supplied to the owner can open the door, right? If that's the case...
then as long as the door is opened then you just reach to the trunk opener to open trunk. I think the only use for the valet key is that it can't open the glove compartment.

Unless you have the backseats locked and the trunk locked via key ....
the valet one doesn't open the glove box or trunk. But yeah, if the owner doesn't have the backseats locked then the valet key will get into the car and just pop the backseats to get into the trunk.

OK this is the ghetto way but here goes...
Get a coat hanger and a flathead screwdriver. pad the screwdriver with something so it doesn't scratch the paint. Gently pry the door open at the upper top part on the right. Slip the pulled apart coat hanger through the gap and work and try to press the unlock button. Ours are hard b/c it is on the side but it is worth a shot. Did this on my friends Jeep Grand Cherokee like two weeks ago and it worked so good luck.

If you are still under factory warranty, Audi Roadside Assistance, if not...
call a local otw service, they have the rigth tools to shim your door and hit the unlock button. Then you can open your trunk from inside the car.
It will probably cost you $70 or so, but it will be worth it.
