<center><img src="http://stage6motorsports.com/ecommerce/os/catalog/images/brembo_granturismo_brakekit_q45.gif"></center><p>What are the options, which is the "Best/better" I know alcon makes a 6 piston caliper but Stasis only offers 4piston ones.
They MUST fit under 17in Rims!
also if you have a link to the setup!
I know of:
Brembo Gran Tourismo
Stoptech
Alcon from Stasis
Sportec - but wouldn't know where to find it
ECS - Stage 2v2 and Stage 3
Does AP, Rotora, Willwood, Baer, UUC or anyother company make a BBK for our cars?
Thanks!

hard to quantify.
I think there are a few that fit the bill.
I'd say Stoptech is probably the best performing since it's designed for the specific car/braking system, price not withstanding.
***Then Wilwood has a great kit, which is less expensive than Stoptech, so price withstanding, this might be the best.***
Then there are ECS kit, and Brembo kit, AP Racing kit, Stasis/Alcon kit.
Which is "best" to me is down to cost vs. performance.
I listed my guestimated ranking.
***EDIT TO POST*** I just read that the Wilwood calipers have no dust seals, so they may need periodic rebuilding and are not recommended for salty winter use. So strike them from my list.

and many, but not all 18s - generally, if they clear "hp2" (b5s4 brakes), you are good. Stoptech has a wheel fitament guide on their website worth printing out and checking.
When I was looking, known 18" fits including Hartmann Wheels B5 RS4 replicas, Nuvolaris, Oz Classe, and new Hartmann Wheels B7 RS4 replicas. there are likely more, and most wheel places will check for you.
"best" is likely a religious battle, but likely stasis/alcon, brembo, and factory rs4.
beware of wheel fitament - the stoptech calipers are wider than some, and don't clear all wheels (even 18).
some like the ecs tuning (oem porsche brakes), some don't. may be worth a look for you.
stainless lines, good fluid, and good pads all around help too, of course!

and can require periodic rebuilds.
street brakes have dust boots protecting the square ring seals, which keep the brake fluid in the caliper.
the wilwoods don't have these boots, so from what I've just been reading, they are not prone to failure, but they aren't exactly the best for street use. they're really meant more for racing use.
AP Racing kits are @ $2500 I think. They're pretty comparable to the Brembo or stoptech kit, just a little more pricey.
The Stoptech still seems to be the best even if it is slightly more expensive than the ECS tuning kit.
again, just my $.02
