Low Boost/Losing power in the rain

my bad, it appears i had it backwards, i makes sense that colder denser air increases power, why would anyone have a intercooler then? haha.
i think it may be due to humidity being a factor though, more moisture in the air can affect compression. that may negatively affect boost pressures.
there could be many reasons as to why someone gets lower power in rainy weather though.
