I hope its not .
***I found out something, so last evening i was checking my oil dipstick. Before, the oil was below C level sparks, and when I checked it last evening, whenever i put in the dipstick, oil spread all over the dip stick up to where the orange button is located on near bottom of dipstick (above the sparks). I hope you understand what i mean. Oil is like sprinkles on dipstick whenever put it back in to check it!

Sounds like you are getting extra pressure in the oil pan, have something mixing with your oil, or too much oil.
1) Extra pressure in the oil pan area forcing oil up the dipstick tube would be bad and have no clue how that would happen. Does this make sense to anyone?
2) There could be coolant mixed with your oil and it splatters. What does the oil look like? Uniform dark with no bubbles or something else?
3) Too much oil will cause "frothing" of the oil and could be what you have. This is also very bad, especially if you have run it this way for a while.
Based on all your symptoms, I would say 2 is your problem, but bottom line is there are very serious issues with your car and you need to get it to a shop. I would recommend a flatbed, but I suspect whatever damage is done is done and you are talking a new engine.

when did you have your oil and filter changed last? I had a similar issue which turned out to be a clogged filter. Oil was delayed and oil pressure light came on. At the time I had ony 3000 km on the filter and oil.

I think you are not checking this correctly.
first thing, how you checked the oil level? engine off/on?
is the engine noisy?
is this a 3.0 or 1.8 or what engine?
add water to the coolant reservoir and see if the light goes out (you will drain it anyway to fix any leak)
don't worry about the check engine light now, as longest is not flashing.
get more detailed info.
