Manual Transmisssion Rear Seal Leak
While changing the oil the other day, I noticed some 'seepage' & a drop of gear oil on the housing at the rear of the 6-spd manual transmission on my 2002 A4. 
Does anyone have any idea of how difficult it would be for a 'shade-tree' mechanic to replace the rear transmission shaft seal? I have no access to a lift, but have ramps & jack stands.
