Maybe a strange ?, but how long will a clutch last before it needs replaced usually?

I have yet to replace a clutch in any of my cars.....
Most clutches will last the lifetime of the car, unless you're a moron and drive your car the way it was not meant to be. Regardless, AoA will replace one clutch under warranty.

Hope so.
My clutch is beginning to get bad, but it has a ways to go. I've only got 14k on it.
I saw a 2004 with 12k on it and a blown out clutch. He had it flatbedded to the dealer and AoA voided his warranty because of the chip. The salesman who sold me my car even mentioned how good it was that Audi warranteed clutches because they'd had several low-mile cars come in with failed clucthes.
Any other experiences??
