I have been reading recent posts about the audi service team being unreliable and terrible with their customers. With my 5000 mile oil change approaching, i am curious how the service team treats their customers at these two dealers. Has anyone had any problems with either of the two?
thanks.
thanks.

McKenna's service department did a decent job with my car although it was always somewhat of a hassle to get the car taken care of. I never really felt comfortable there but I never had to take the car back either. Simply, I believe that they do quality work but their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. BTW they do a terrible job washing the car, I always asked they didn't wash it. More harm than good.
I had my 30K service done at Keyes in Van Nuys and I had a much better experience there. Very friendly and efficient service staff there.

If you are in the area, you should try the service department at Beverly Hills Audi. I used to take my car to Mckenna, but soon realized their service wasn't that great and switched to BH Audi. The service there is excellent, they wash your car, and they give you a loaner for the day if needed. As an added bonus, you can see hot *** women in the lobby. What more can you ask for.

that you want "Bull" to work on your car. He used to work on my car and I was told he recently started working there. Beyond that, I cannot help anymore. Hopefully the people in service are nice.

and you would think they would have pretty good service with the line of cars they sell. I do know a tech who worked there and he quit in 3 months to work elsewhere.
