Default Misfire Help !

2 days ago i was driving my car home from work on a really hot day and then on the highway it randomly started shaking and cel flashing. i pulled over and it was shaking really bad at idle so i turned the car off. After about 10 mins i tried to drive it and the shaking went away but a big loss of power. i scanned the cel and it said cylinder c misfire and something about cam sensor then i cleared the code and hasent popped up since. I have been driving long distances and the car feels fine except there's still a big loss of power. Someone please tell me the problem, im thinking it was a bad coil ? oh and i just changed the spark plugs yesterday
