Default Missing: German car mag article on 130 TDI vs 150 TDI

I have read an article in a German car magazine where the 130 bhp TDI was compared to the 150 bhp TDI, using the VW Golf. I think it must have been approximately a year ago, or something like that.

Since I just have received my new A4 TDI 130 bhp I am interested in reading the article once more, but I can`t find it on the Internet. Anyone out there who could help...?

Default suffice it to say the 150 is even peppier.

you got the manual? that car SO rocks in the mid range dont it?!!! D

I can only imagine the evolution 2.5 pumpe duesse engine when modded... oh lordy!

and either of those engines in a car as light as a golf or A3? !!!""11122123

Default Correct, if you measure in bhp, but the TDI 130 has more torque...

...and, my MTM tuner has received up to 192 bhp when chipping the 130 TDI with the 6-speed manual. More than 180 bhp and over 400 Nm torque is normal when MTM-chipped.
This car really rocks! I am really pleased that I didn`t choose the 1.8T, which I initially intended. But that was before I test drove the TDI.

Default the 150 has less torque?!!! are you sure?

torque is the main reason for these cars, im sure you must be mistaken! *thinks*

Oh yeah, and just imagine, youd never have to worry about an ignition coil going!

Default we wish wed gone with the 1.9TDi over the 2.0

its just soo, cool!

however, we also needed an auto for one of the drivers (lol) and they didnt have the combination at the time, suffice it to say, the loaner really made us cry, only 5 speed manual but still....!!!!!!111

Default I`m sure...

...the test I am referring to showed that the unchipped 130 TDI had approximately 372 or 373 Nm, while the 150 had 365 or nearby.

If you go to the link below, and you have Acrobat reader installed, you can view power curves before and after chipping. Look in Volkswagen category, not Audi, since Audi does not have the 150 bhp TDI four pot. Remember, the curves you see are for the 130 5 speed version, which has less torgue (officially 285 Nm) than the 6-speeder (officially 310 Nm).

Default the 130 has 285 NM or torque in FWD and auto applications

and 310 NM of torque for the quattro version, which probably also comes with a 6 speed.
also stock to stock, im sure the 150 has higher torque? *looks at site*

Default but this chipped BMW diesel takes the cake from them all!

puts the 330 to shame, probably stamps on an M3 midrange too.

http://www.superchips.co.uk/curves/X530D.PDF</a
