I got the "dead red" radio screen a while back and the dealer replaced my head unit.

Now I have a delay on my front left speakers turning on when I use the radio. All the other speaker recieve power (and/or signal) but for some reason or another the drivers side is delayed or is not recieving any.

It Almost seems like an amp problem but I can't tell for certain. It takes a few minutes for it to turn on naturally or a hard crank of the volume to force it on.

It was clearly obvious this morning while driving to work, I turned the fade and the balance all the way to F,L respectively and there was no sound for about 3 seconds.

Any clues or similar experiences.
