Default Morons at service department

Why is it that Audi dealership insist on hiring complete idiots to work in their service departments? Take my car in for 20,000 mile service. Get the car home and take it out the next day to go get some food. As I am pulling into my spot what do I see, a huge puddle of fluid. I checked the oil and it looked fine, power steering fluid was bone dry. Get the car towed to the dealership because the thing is gushing fluid from somewhere.

Flash forward to this morning. My moron service advisor calls me to say that it was just residual oil from the service and that the power steering was just seeping a little.

The ultimate kicker is that they are so dumb they can't figure out how reset the service counter thing in the car. The made it read all lines, but it hasn't started counting. I had to explain to them how to bring it up on the car. Grrr....I hate idiots.

P.S. I had to drive some damn rental the whole weekend and had to pay to upgrade from the Ford Focus to the Mitsubishi Endeavor.

Default Actually, it sounds like they did reset the service reminder...

I think it just takes a few hundred miles before it will start to calculate the next interval.

Default hey, the focus runs and doesn't leak...what does that say about our fine cars?

i'm a ford distributor. I find it ironic that everytime my car is in the shop, they give me a ford
