Default Maybe not, but your shop is equiped better than many job shops already. ..

Obviously you know that having good tools is the means to almost unlimited results. (Like being able to make more tools!)

Default haha! I put your "measure twice and cut once" sheetmetal advice...

to good use on this one. I have to admit that I did make a few mistakes and wasted a bit of material though.

Its bound to happen. As with anything, you'll get better and better with practice

Default Here are a few pics of what was included in each wall fabrication...

First step was cutting all the pieces, I used a plasma cutter.
<img src="http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/x1rider/wallfab1.jpg">
Then with a brake, I bent each cap (my brake was only 30 inches wide so I had to make each cap in two pieces).
<img src="http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/x1rider/wallfab2.jpg">
<img src="http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/x1rider/wallfab3.jpg">
Then I had to weld the cap pieces together (galvanized 20 gauge sheetmetal is hard to weld, it tends to explode in your face. I ruined a few tungsten electrodes with that part).
<img src="http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/x1rider/wallfab4.jpg">
Then sandwich the insulation (good for up to 800F) between 2 pieces of sheetmetal.
<img src="http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/x1rider/wallfab5.jpg">
Then install the caps and rivet the whole thing together (64 rivets per panel).
