MPH to KPH switch by pressing a button on B6 A4
My friend has a 2003 A4... We were driving around the other day and he was pressing the buttons on the dash. Some how he was able to change the reading on the Speedometer from MPH to KPH. It was just by accident... I have a 2004 A4 and was not able to duplicate this and he has not been able to do it again on his 2003. Anyone know the secret? Thanks.

Read the owners manual, it should be in there....
Hold down the driver's side "+" temperature selector button with the auto recirc button at the same time for two seconds, you can toggle between celcius and fahrenheit. It may be different for you since I think the Autorecirc button was replaced with an OFF button.

It's NOT in the manual, that's the first place I checked
And changing the temperature from celcius to fahrenheit is a cool trick also. Thanks for that. But not what I am after here.

This is nothing to do with the climate control... The botton to switch this is on the dash.
But which one and how? This changes the actually speedometer from MPH to KPH. Not the climate control??
