MTV pimp my ride...
why the hell do they waste there money on pos cars and not "pimp" cars like ours that are actually goign to look good and not 1986 mustangs and **** like that

because its advertisement for the shop so that people like you who actually can afford to mod their cars will decide to go there and spend $$$.
I bet that place gets so much business cuz of the show.. they were already popular among celebs before but now its prolly just one huge waiting list.

it's a feel good show, people that purchase audi's already have some $$
those poor kids with their old CRX's and mustangs can't afford a nice car, it's nice to see something nice done to people that deserve it (like the kid that had a lung removed and studying engineering) for once.

yea true but i would rather watch them do **** to new cars then hunk of junks..
i wonder if they do anythign to those peoples motors i mean whats the point of puttin 20gs into the car but the engine might blow the hell up in a week

i think the idea of the show is to give people
an opportunity to get free mods and have a semi-cool (show car), that don't have the opportunity to afford cars like ours and afford the type of mods he have. From what I have noticed, the people on the show have either had something significant (complete turn around from a druggie) or are just a great person that helps other people out. My mom did suggest, however, that they come over here and pimp someone's BMW.
