because its advertisement for the shop so that people like you who actually can afford to mod their cars will decide to go there and spend $$$.
I bet that place gets so much business cuz of the show.. they were already popular among celebs before but now its prolly just one huge waiting list.

those poor kids with their old CRX's and mustangs can't afford a nice car, it's nice to see something nice done to people that deserve it (like the kid that had a lung removed and studying engineering) for once.

an opportunity to get free mods and have a semi-cool (show car), that don't have the opportunity to afford cars like ours and afford the type of mods he have. From what I have noticed, the people on the show have either had something significant (complete turn around from a druggie) or are just a great person that helps other people out. My mom did suggest, however, that they come over here and pimp someone's BMW.
