Default Muffler choice for custom exhaust
I have a custom 3" exhaust on my A4 with Magnaflow mufflers. I purchased the car with this setup. I noticed that the outlets for the muffler are probably about 2" in diameter. The tip is about 3.5" in diameter. What mufflers should I replace them with to maximize flow w/o getting a rice burner sound?

Borla makes the same range universals as Magnaflow. I've a catalog for A&A Auto in PA, cheap.
