Default My A4 is at the dealership now...

...getting its AC fixed. I was starting to think that maybe Audis have really weak air conditioners. Then they gave me a Jetta loaner car. STRONG AC. Obviously I had a problem. I'll let you all know what it is...especially since my A4 has 350 miles on it!

My Jetta loaner is a nice little vehicle, though. I could see wanting one of these in a more "urban" place like NYC (assuming I needed a car).

Do most Audi dealerships do loaner car programs? What do you usually get? When I had my Toyota (yeah, yeah...I saw the light!), they charged me $40/day for a Corolla with no AC. What a rip!

Default If I remember right, warranty work gets loaners as incentive for the dealer to get the work...

done quicker. The loaners cost them money every day they are out, so if the warranty work is done faster, the loaner is back sooner, hence lower cost.

My Dealership also does loaners. And they are mostly all 2.0L Jettas. What dealer are you at?
