Well, I curtosey-traded it.Took 1st offer b/c I thought my nucar was comin. Still lost out on taxes.

I got a good enough deal on the Green'98 Avant (that I like VERY MUCH) to make up for the dealer bs.

Understood, April (and thanks!). However, once VAG accepts an order (more)...

from the dealer, shouldn't it be completed?

Waiting until Sept/Oct isn't an option...this factory order was already far beyond my timing wishes

They are only changing over Avants? Sounds like more marketing meddling to me
