Default My B6 is a keeper

I just checked out the new B7 on audiusa.com.
NO MANUAL TRANNY WITH 3.2 !
I built B7 Avant with all the same options I have got on my current 2004 Avant 3.0 for just $33,200. My new total is: $ 39,700.

Is 35 more hp worth the $ 6,500 ?

I would not be surprised to find out that in a real live the 3.2 tip is not any faster than 3.0 with manual (which I LOVE).

In addition, now you have to pay for wood trim and headlight washers...

Although I still can not get used to the new fish mouth front I think it is not so bad either. In fact I was considering replacing my car with a B7 within a year or two but now I know that my B6 Avant is a keeper.

Default Re: You are Right

I just built my identical car on Audi USA and it was $2,500 more than mine listed at. And when I bought my car if I wanted to order a B7 they weren't dealing so this new B7 would really have been $4,500 more than my B6.

Default Re: The same thing happened to me

When my extended warranty ran out I got rid of my B5 and was mainly looking at BMW, Audi & the new Volvo. I almost bought a BMW because the warranty was so good. But then Audi assured me their warranty was just as good and made a better deal, so I stayed with Audi. But then I learn, after the fact, that the sales staff lied about the Audi warranty being as good as BMW. If I had known that I would be driving a BMW right now.

I have heard dealerships are charging between $3k and $4k for extended warranties on new cars (I got one for $1200 on my 1999 A4). What would they charge for a car just off warranty?

Default I agree with B6 look I was thinking about another

1.8T and going for some real HP, (300+) or an B6 S4. My 02 is great but I'm trying to figure out what's next in a year to so. New car's front is growing on me too and I do like the A6, just not sporty enough.
