Default I don't know exactly how much land it is, but it stretches all the way back...
behind me car and 1 acre in Greenwich goes for $250,000. So cost wise, yea, it's up there!

parents were looking at a 2acre lot for 1.2+mil over there

not sure where, dont believe there was a house on the lot, if so, they were going to tear it down
