Default My dash trim is finally done! I can sleep now.....

I picked up my dash trim today and had it installed. It looks good, I am happy with it. It could have been better, but it could have been a lot worse too.

<A HREF="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/376747.phtml">Here</A> is my experience with getting the dash trim done.

And this is how it looks!

It matches the black fiberglass perfectly, and it looks good I think.

All that is left now is to build a custom dub enclosure in the right corner of the trunk, but I think I'll hold off on that one for a little while.

Default The gap is not as bad as the pics show it......

The pictures are taken from a low angle so they naturally show more of a gap. Also I have readjusted the plae a bit towards the top so it's even less now.

As far as the texture goes, I wasn't crazy about it myself at first either, but it is growing on me and it actually looks pretty good in person.

I agree this is not a perfect dash trim, and in a perfect world I'd get something different, but at this point this is what I've got and this is what I'll stick with. It is definetely better than anything Metra will ever do with their cheap *** ABS plastics.

Default It looks like it's missing something. The Double-DIN slot should've been fully used. Sorry bro but..

I agree with Big D, it looks like ***. Whatever floats your boat dude, hope you enjoy it.
