My entire Iforged story including a personal call from the owner...

Damn. I wanted some IForged rims bad. Sorry you have to go through this.
They seemed to be a great alternative to the HRE's that I can't afford. But I keep hearing these kinds of stories, even from April! I guess no IForged for me. And its a shame because I was definitely gonna be a future customer.

that's their in ...
they know that there are lots of folks like you who want the hre look but are appalled by the price ... in fact, if it wasn't for that, they would've been out of business years ago.

i hate these stories...i was gonna order in december so i
could have my rims by summer 2004, but now, im just plain scared to even do that...maybe i'l just get a new visa and go with HRE

I like to hear both sides of the story. If IForged wants to set the record straight, they should
post it here. I think if they come clean with an apology if they did make a mistake and agree that there are some glitches in their operations and that they are actually working on making it better and make good on future promises, then I think they can get back those customers who may have been interested in their products. The fact appears that their products are good and as often the case with "small" businesses, their resources are tight and other parts of their business needs improvement. So, IForged, here is your opportunity to set the record straight and tell us what we can expect in the future. Good luck.

I too would like to hear the "other" side, but (m)
to use the "they are a small business" excuse is crap. Small businesses succeed because of competitive products and MORE importantly, superior customer service. I should know, I am a small business owner myself.

Not to add fuel to the fire....but
Companies like this operate this way because customers put up with their ****. There have been many cases like this with different companies, and the customers still put up with the wait, no phone calls, sh!tty customer service, etc. Do you think you would get this kind of service with HRE or Fikse or another one of the big reputable wheel companies? Sorry about your experience.
